Each property should be contacted directly for bookings or enquiries Do I have to arrive and depart at a certain time? You are required to follow each property's standard terms. These will be communicated to you at the time of making your booking What kind of room will I be given? Star Holidayzz guests are given accommodation that is standard to each participating property. In some instances, properties will upgrade our guests for a small fee. Refer to each property’s detailed description for further information. What about children? Children are accepted at most properties. Full details of additional charges (if applicable) are included in each property's description in the Star Holidayzz directory or in the ‘Hotel/Resorts’ section of this website. Can single traveller’s benefit? The Star Holidayzz program is based on twin-share accommodation. However, single travelers are most welcome. Each individual property will advise you of their rates for single occupancy on application. Where are the Properties Located? The properties are located throughout Australia and New Zealand. How many hotels are there to choose from? There are over 200 Hotels in total offering a range of deals Prices What is ‘Meal Deal’ exactly? The minimum amount you must spend in a property's eating establishment/s (excluding drinks), in order to qualify for your accommodation. What if my total spend on meals is less than the ‘Meal Deal’? You are still required to pay the specified amount. Keep in mind that the saving on accommodation makes it worthwhile even if you don’t consume the ‘Meal Deal’ on Breakfast or Dinner. We recommend you simply enjoy your meals and your holiday. What is '2nd Night Free' exactly? This refers to your second night’s accommodation Free of charge once you pay for the first night’s accommodation. This deal is based on a property's standard room tariff, and is not available in conjunction with any other special offer(s). How do I save money with the Meal and Accommodation offer? It’s simple. By spending the money you would elsewhere on meals at a participating hotel, you receive complimentary accommodation. Without exception when traveling, we will spend money eating out so this is a great offer from the hotels. There are hotels for nearly every budget. Validity How long are the certificates valid for? 1 year. Depending on circumstances, we can extend them for you if for some extenuating reason you do not use the certificates in the allocated time. Will I be able to use these offers over peak times such as school holidays? Each hotel decides how many rooms it has available. Some do not allow promotional bookings over peak periods but the majority does. It is always advisable to book well ahead for busy times to avoid disappointment. When can I use my vouchers? At any time during their validity, subject to some property's availability restrictions. General When will I receive my order? Orders are dispatched the next day from our office. Depending on the post or courier, you should receive your goods within 10-12 working days. We will not process an order unless we are holding the stock to ensure minimum delay Why do I need to buy certificates? This is how you redeem the offer with us via a booking consultant and how we cover our marketing and promotional costs of bringing this great offer to you. Must I use all the Vouchers at the same time/property? One of the great benefits of Flexi Breaks is that you can use vouchers individually or at the same time. It is up to you. How many vouchers will I have to use? Each voucher entitles you to one night ‘Star Holidayzz’ accommodation. Therefore, for ‘Meal Deal’ properties it's one voucher per night. For ‘2nd Night Free’ properties, you pay for the first night and present your voucher for the second night. Can I transfer my vouchers to someone else? Yes. If you wish to give any of your vouchers away as a gift, you just need to let us know the recipient's name, address, contact number and your Reference/Customer number. Alternatively, if you are going to be sharing your vouchers whilst travelling with another couple, you do not need to notify us. How do I buy a pack? You can purchase the pack with one of our partners or agents. We take all major credit cards. You can also call our head office on 1300 732 289 to book a package.
