| Orders are dispatched the next day from our office. Depending on the post or courier, you should receive your goods within 10-12 working days. We will not process an order unless we are holding the stock to ensure minimum delay |

| Must I use all the Vouchers at the same time/property? |
| One of the great benefits of Flexi Breaks is that you can use vouchers individually or at the same time. It is up to you. |

| How many vouchers will I have to use? |
| Each voucher entitles you to one night ‘Star Holidayzz’ accommodation. Therefore, for ‘Meal Deal’ properties it's one voucher per night. For ‘2nd Night Free’ properties, you pay for the first night and present your voucher for the second night. |

| Can I transfer my vouchers to someone else? |
| Yes. If you wish to give any of your vouchers away as a gift, you just need to let us know the recipient's name, address, contact number and your Reference/Customer number. Alternatively, if you are going to be sharing your vouchers whilst travelling with another couple, you do not need to notify us. |

| How do I buy a pack? |
| You can purchase the pack with one of our partners or agents. We take all major credit cards. You can also call our head office on 1300 732 289 to book a package. |
