| Goods will be dispatched upon payment. Every attempt will be made to supply goods with the same or better specs than goods advertised. We will notify you in such cases where we cannot provide goods as described due to stock overruns or other unforeseen circumstances. |

| Cooling off |
| You have a 10 days Cooling Off period from the day you receive the package. In order to receive a refund you need to request in writing either by Email / Fax or Post your letter to STAR Holidayzz address (Level 1, 1 Queens Rd, Melbourne, VIC 3004). Please Note refund may take upto 21 business days from the date STAR Holidayzz receives a conformation of package received. |

| Payment can be made via Credit cards / Bank to Bank Transfers / Cheque / Money Orders / Online through website. Goods can only be dispatched on clearance of funds. The ANZ payment gateway is a totally secure payment environment. Your information will not be shared with any other parties, other than what is required to make good on your order. | Dispatch time |
| Goods will normally be dispatched within 10-12 working days by Standard Post upon receiving the payment conformation. On special request for urgent delivery, goods can also be dispatched through Registered Post / Courier, a $15 extra charge will apply if this occurs. |

| Use of certificates |
| Stays are subject to availability. All offers are based on twin share. Children and other guests are extra. Bookings can be made by calling the hotels directly, checking availability and notifying them that you have a “Star Holidayzz/Flexibreaks accommodation certificate” The hotels reserve the right to limit rooms, and change their offer without notice. The certificates are valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated in writing. Star Holidayzz cannot replace lost certificates without a charge. |
